This product provides the materials to identify a denture to a patient. This is useful in hospitals, nursing homes and other care facilities where identification is necessary. The composition of the coating is similar to the denture, and does not affect soft tissue, or the denture base. The fit of the denture is not affected if the kit is used as detailed in the instructions.

Kit 1 contains: 1 Silver and 1 Black pencil, polymer solution, and 1 pad to mark approx 5 items.

Kit 20 contains: 1 Silver and 1 Black pencil, polymer solution, and 20 pads to mark approx 100 items.

Using the dry abrasive pad supplied, scour an area about twice the size needed, on the cheek side near the back of the clean denture.

In the centre of the dry, dust free, cleaned area, print identifying initials e.g. A B C with the enclosed black pencil. Mark both upper and lower dentures. Paint a thin layer of the sealing liquid over the initials and cleaned area. Allow 1-2 mins to dry. Apply a second coat evenly over the first.

Dentures may be returned to the mouth as soon as the final coat is dry approx. 15 minutes.

This kit may also be used to mark other hard plastic items, for example, glasses, hearing aids, shavers, tooth brushes, hairbrushes.
