Delivery information
We will be pleased to ship your order for FREE if the net value is above £75.00 and shipping is to the UK mainland.
If your order is less than £75.00 net then postage and packing is charged at £10.00 standard rate.
If your order is large and likely to need multiple boxes or a pallet for delivery, please email order@dentalhealth.org and we will be pleased to help.
UK overseas (Highlands & Islands, Jersey, Guernsey, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, etc) is charged at £25.00 standard rate.
The above prices are subject to 20% VAT.
We can ship most resources to most countries, and shipping for international orders are quoted at cost and upon request. Please email your order list to order@detnalhealth.org and we will be pleased to help you.
All prices are in £ sterling. We reserve the right to change any advertised price before you place an order. Prices are subject to alteration without notice.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept online orders from overseas customers - this is due to the difficulties in accessing the shipping costs to a specific order. Overseas customers can choose to order by email: order@dentalhealth.org or call on 017488 539793. We will provide a quote, at cost, for the items you wish to order and get your approval and payment before shipping.
The Oral Health Foundation cannot be held liable for items delayed in the post. In the unlikely event that your product is lost or damaged in transit please contact us in writing. In the case of non-delivery please wait 21 days from the date of your order in case it has been delayed. In the case of damaged goods please retain the product and contact us within 48 hours of receipt.
The Oral Health Foundation’s shop is bound by the laws of England and Wales. Therefore, the two main statutes, the Distance Selling Regulations 2000 and the Sale of Goods Act 1979 are strictly adhered to at all times.
